• What is the typical daily rate for each unit?

On average, each unit has a rate of $125 per night. Discounts may apply at owner discretion.

• Is there a minimum booking timeframe for the units?

We require a 2-day minimum for booking either unit

• Is there a maximum booking timeframe for the units? For Extended Stay Consideration:

We will consider up to 28 consecutive days with a $500 fully refundable security deposit, a strictly defined and modified short-term residential lease, a non-refundable $150 cleaning fee in additional to booking fees, and provided that normal responsibility and accountability within in the guest role are adhered to. We do not offer month-to-month leasing. Extended stays are solely at the discretion of the owner. 

• What are the check-in and check-out times? 

3:00 PM arrival and 11:00 AM departure to allow for cleaning

• How do I access the unit? 

We will greet you upon arrival and check in you personally

• What is your cancellation policy? 

10 or more days notice/100% refund 

6-9 days notice/75% refund 

3-5 days notice/50% refund 

no-show, 24 hrs-48 hrs/0% refund 

• Can I drop my luggage off early?

Yes, but with the understanding that the space provided is in an outdoor covered patio area

• Is there a pier or a dock provided for the waterfront access? 

Yes, their is a dock/sundeck and swing positioned waterside that is fully available for your use and enjoyment. However, please note that all areas on the property are available to all guests at all times. With this in mind, please note that ALL community spaces are Semi-Private. Polite sharing of the spaces is expected and appreciated

• How many people can comfortably stay in the units? 

Both units can comfortably accommodate up to 4 Adults, and 2-3 small children or young teenagers

• Is there designated parking?

There are open areas within the main yard to accommodate up to 2 vehicles per unit

• Is there reliable Wi-Fi?

There is high-speed Wi-Fi perfectly suitable for remote work, streaming, etc. 

• What kitchen appliances are provided? 

Both units feature a full stove top, toaster oven, microwave, a mini-fridge in the Sunroom Camper, full sized in he Bungalow, small toasters and coffee makers.

• What household supplies are included? 

Both units are initially stocked with paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, trash bags, some coffee/creamer/sugar and ice and miscellaneous cookware, dishes, cups, glasses, silverware etc.

• Are towels and linens provided?

Both units provide clean towels, bed linens, dish towels and dish cloths

• Do I need to pay a cleaning fee? 

The cleaning fee is included in your booking provided you leave the unit in a normal decent condition typical of responsible individuals and all those not raised by wolves ;0)

• Are pets allowed?

No pets allowed, but please note that there are 5 large Therapy dogs on site 100% contained within the main living area independent of the rental units. IF you have an aversion to dogs and are not prepared to hear occasional barking or cannot confidently walk past their fully fenced yard area en route to the rental units, you may want to reconsider booking with us.  No shade, just a heads up! 

• Is smoking allowed? 

Cigarettes usage is strongly discouraged but allowed within reason outside of the units on the property, vaping units are acceptable as long as your device operates such that the smoke dissapates immediately and leaves no lasting smell or residue.

• Are there noise/activity restrictions?

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a decent respectful manner mindful of others by demonstrating typical responsible behaviors including observing quiet hours of 9 pm to 9 am ensuring peaceful restful nights and mid-morning day starts- 

• Are additional visiting guests permitted during my stay?

You are certainly welcome to invite a few friends/family to enjoy your day with.   7-8 individuals per unit at any given time during the day is perfectly fine, overnight stays are restricted to a single day provision. Please be mindful that your booking does not allow for additional overnight visitors if you are already booked at maximum for your unit.
