Upcoming and Ongoing Lake Events:
Summer Live Music Series (May – August): Local marinas and restaurants, such as River's Edge Marina and The Tiki Hut in Cropwell, host regular live bands and parties on the water throughout the peak season.
Dam Palooza Boat Tie-Ups Hosted in the Alpine, AL area, these community gatherings feature on-the-water socializing, bingo, rotating live bands, and breakfast/burger events that continue all summer long.
Independence Day Celebrations (July): Logan Martin is famous for its "Fireworks on the Coosa". You can catch spectacular, free lakeside firework displays at Lakeside Park in Pell City, Clear Creek Marina, and Woods Surfside Marina.
Annual Lake Highlights:
Logan Martin LakeFest and Boat Show: Typically held in early May, this is Alabama's largest in-water boat show. Hosted at Lakeside Park in Pell City, the three-day event includes boat test-drives, food trucks, family-friendly children's parades, vendor booths, and a Friday night fireworks display.
Rodeo and Rhythm at Greensport (June): Held at Greensport RV Park & Campground in Ashville, this two-day event pairs live music performances with rodeo competitions like bull riding and barrel racing.
Boo Bash (October): A highly popular, fast-growing "dockside trick-or-treat spooktacular" where local families and businesses decorate their docks and cruise from house to house in costume to treat participants.
